TODAY'S ANNOUNCEMENTS
Hey Blazers!!! Do you have your eclipse glasses at home and don’t know what to do with them? The ESAP students will take them. We will be collecting used eclipse glasses to send to students in Latin America to enjoy future eclipses. Deadline for donating your glasses is April 30th. Glasses can be dropped off to the office or given to Mrs. Cousins or Savanna Kropf.
All grads are asked to check your grad Google classroom. There are 2 scholarships administered by the Community Foundation of PEI that are just for KRHS grads that have no applications. They have graciously extended the deadline to April 26th at 11:59pm for you.
The deadline for grade 9 ADP application forms is Friday, April 26. No late applications will be accepted.
There will be a Grade 10 ADP meeting on Tuesday at 11:45 a.m. in Mrs. Reeves' room.
The Grade 10 Tractor Safety Training Day will be held on Friday, April 26.
There will be a Relay of Life meeting on Monday at 11:45 in Mrs. Reeves; room.
There will be a student council meeting for all the grade reps and executive next Tuesday, April 23rd at 11:15 in room 213. Please bring your lunch.
The student council executive elections for this year will take place Wednesday, May 1st. The position of president is open to students who are in grade 12 next year and the vice president and two executive positions are open to students who are in grade 11 or 12 next year. Students interested in the positions are to submit their names to Mr. Stewart by 3:00 PM next Tuesday, April 23rd. All students who put forth their names will be interviewed, and those who are deemed capable of taking on the roles can run for the positions.
