A reminder to students that this Saturday is our major fundraising event. The Blazer Beef Take Out Supper takes place from 4-6pm in gym. To help make our fundraiser a success please spread the word to your parents, neighbors and relatives, reminding them to drop by to purchase a delicious meal.

If any students signed up to be a volunteer at the beef supper but are unable to make it to your shift, please let Tracy know in the office.

School photos will take place this Friday.

The Blazer Bistro is very proud to present our first meal, ‘Thanksgiving Dinner’ featuring locally grown food. On Thursday, October 8th our meal will include roasted chicken, grown by Ava Muttart, potatoes from David and Brett Francis and carrots and turnips from Bunny Borrow Farms grown by Coy and Alex McKenna. The meal will include homemade gravy, dressing and mustard pickles. Desert is a fall favourite, Apple Cinnamon Cake. There are only 40 meals available, so be sure to sign up on the clipboard located in the cafeteria. The cost is $5.00. Thank you for your continued support of our Culinary 801 class.    

Today’s special in the cafeteria is Waffles with Egg Bites or Yougurt Tube. Chef special is Chicken Fried Rice for $5.75
