TODAY'S ANNOUNCEMENTS

Congrats to Kaiden Corney who placed 3^rd in the Regional West Badminton singles meet. Kaiden will represent KRHS at the badminton provincials.

Intermediate boys flag football practices for today and tomorrow have been cancelled.  

Senior high boys flag football tryouts Wednesday and Thursday after school.

There will be a meeting at afternoon break in the gym for the senior high ball hockey team.

Tomorrow is pancakes and pajamas day.  During period 1 tomorrow, the student council will prepare a free pancake breakfast for students and staff.  They will serve any trades students first, then Grade 9’s will go from 8:30 – 8:45, Grade 10’s from 8:45 – 9:00, Grade 11’s from 9:00 – 9:15, and Grade 12’s from 9:15 – 9: 30.  Students will return to their first period class after they have breakfast.

Blazer Personal Finance & Investing Club meeting will be today Tuesday, April 14^th at 11:20 in the Science Lab. Everyone is welcome.

Did you know that May is National Pet Month??? We thought it would be the purrrfect opportunity for another FANTASTIC K.R.H.S. Library photo contest! Take a picture of your pet (dog, cat, horse, doesn’t matter) enjoying their favourite book. Send the photo in jpeg format to Mrs. Tremere. Deadline is April 20. Great prizes to be won.   

KRHS Impact Queens – Join KRHS Queens and step into your voice to create change, give back and take part in fun activities promoting leadership and empowerment skills. Thursdays from 3:30-4:00 in the Library. Signup sheet outside the Youth Worker’s door.
